The Myrtle Beach area boasts more than 100 championship golf courses. If the golf course is the setting, the Tupelo Bay Golf Villa development is the jewel. At the villas, three-bedroom, two-bath condos with 1,650 square feet range from about $210,000 to $250,000. Four-bedroom, three-bath condos with 2,250 square feet range from $315,00 to $385,000.
